Honeycomb in Honey
Raw cut honeycomb in Honey.
Eating honey in the comb is a taste sensation as the wax cells pop open and flood your mouth with heavenly honey. You can chew and swallow the wax as it breaks up. This is the rawest form of honey you can get, and dipped in honey is absolutely delicious.
Honeycomb can be eaten as a whole food, spread on toast, broken over yoghurt with fresh fruit and walnuts, crushed over muesli, or used as an investing addition to any fine cheese platter or dessert. This responsibly-harvested honeycomb is from bees that collect sweet honey from the Cape Floral regions in the Western Cape.
