Mixing lemon and honey creates an efficient and straightforward DIY detox drink.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tablespoon of organic honey
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 300 ml of water
  • grated ginger 
  • salt to taste 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Heat the water in a pan, but don't bring it to a boil.
  • Stir in the honey, lemon, grated ginger, and salt.
  • Detox drink is prepared to serve.
